Hi, I’m Beth, founder of Meraki Mindset by Beth.

As a Holistic Wellbeing Life Coach, I trained with Raw Horizons in 2018—and I haven’t looked back since.

Through the power of self-compassion, I support people pleasers, perfectionists, and those experiencing burnout—people who sense deep down that life is meant for more than just mediocrity and merely ‘getting by.’ I help them step away from the endless cycle, reframe their mindset, overcome self-doubt, and uncover a deep sense of inner peace—allowing them to build a balanced and fulfilling life that truly aligns with them.

With 15 years in senior management and credentials in well-being practice and study, I now help professionals tackle stress, overcome challenges, and build lasting, positive change. My goal is to empower you to lead the life you truly want.
