As a professional Wellbeing Advisor, I have collaborated with HR on change management, wellbeing initiatives, and strategic programs since 2004. My experience spans various sectors, including law and national museums and galleries, giving me a broad understanding of working with diverse individuals.
I hold a degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resource Management, a Level 3 qualification in Education and Training, certification as a Mental Health First Aid trainer, and a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
