Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m a modern quilter and Wellness Coach, passionate about the mental health benefits of learning new skills, sewing, and creativity. This year, I’m writing a column on Wellness and Creativity for a popular Australian magazine, expanding the conversation around wellness.

I work with small cohorts of clients, supporting them one-on-one and overseas via Zoom. I love providing a listening ear, helping people set goals, and live with intention. I also volunteer with @finecellwork, supporting individuals transitioning from prison back into society.

For years, I struggled with exhaustion and overwhelm, but through my own journey, I learned how to prioritise my wellbeing. Now, I use my experience and training to help others make small, positive changes. Whether in person or online, my mission is to provide the space, tools, and support to help you become the best version of yourself.

Before my life took this beautifully slow turn, I spent 15 years in the medical field, earning my BSc (Hons) and PgDip in Diagnostic Radiography, Imaging, and Medical Ultrasound. I even lived in Australia, fulfilling my dream of traveling the world. But life led me down a different path—one that brought me here.

Now, alongside motherhood, I’m a qualified Wellbeing Coach (LL Cert) and soon-to-be MA student in Creative Writing (Poetry). Poetry, writing, and mindfulness have become my refuge, helping me navigate stress, anxiety, and exhaustion.

I specialize in women’s wellness—supporting emotional health, stress, burnout, and poor food relationships. Through 1-1 coaching, I help women move past what’s holding them back. Sessions include a pre-coaching questionnaire to tailor support, ensuring a private, confidential, and transformative experience.

Nel Mathams

I’m a consultant, coach, and facilitator with extensive experience in agile methodologies, design thinking, service design, and user research. I’ve worked with a range of organisations, from private sector companies like Redwood Publishing and NEST Pensions to central government departments and the Government Digital Service (GDS).

My approach creates a welcoming space for exploration and learning, fostering innovation while enhancing team wellbeing. Combining enterprise agile, service experience design, and wellbeing coaching, I use visual and serious play techniques to make engagements immersive and impactful. Whether on an ad hoc project or a freelance research or service design contract, collaboration and co-creation are at the heart of how I work.

Having spent 15 years in the world of big corporate / finance leading global teams, I am here to change leadership for women. Through my work, I guide women to redefine leadership, confidence, success and visibility in a way that supports them to RISE authentically and radiantly.

I work with heart centred leaders – senior leaders in the corporate world and female founders. To help you to step into the fullest and most authentic expression of yourself and to support you to nurture the parts of you that have potentially been pushed aside – your intuition, your feminine essence, your joy, your unique gifts and your purpose.

The outcomes I achieve with my beautiful coaching clients: clarity on your unique, authentic leadership identity; greater sense of purpose at work; more presence; deeper connections in all work / life relationships, more god damn joy; increased energy and a balanced nervous system; the ability to better manage stress; and greater confidence to become visible as a leader

Hi, I’m Christine Coulson, a Sobriety and Wellbeing Coach, dedicated to helping people examine their relationship with alcohol and achieve an alcohol-free lifestyle.

Alcohol is everywhere! There are few occasions where it doesn’t play a part in society—births, deaths, good days, bad days, sunny days, and snowy days.

Some people have a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude toward alcohol, while others struggle with dependence. But those aren’t the only options! Many people fall somewhere in between—not hitting rock bottom but still feeling like their relationship with alcohol isn’t a positive one. It’s incredibly common, yet rarely talked about.

I quit alcohol in January 2022, and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for my well-being! Now, I’m dedicated to helping others in that ‘middle area’ see that life without booze is possible—and how to achieve it.

I’m also passionate about educating other coaches on how to support clients who may have concerns about alcohol.

Mental health has always been of interest, due to my own experiences of anxiety and depression, grieving and low self-esteem. To enable my transformation, I had to learn how to face, and overcome, these specific struggles.

The introduction of a daily mix of physical exercise (walks in nature are my favourite!), social interactivity, mindfulness, and gratitude were catalysts for my new-found happiness. I realised a powerful desire to help others reach their ‘happy place’.

Since qualifying as a Wellbeing Coach, I’m now helping customers across the UK and Spain to overcome their unique struggles and maximise their health and happiness – encouraging them to also put wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

I’m so happy to have reached this point and have a work role that gives me true meaning and purpose – at last!”
